Shipping policy

Eligibility

  • International Economy Shipping applies to orders of USD $200 and above.

Shipping Cost & Taxes

International Economy Shipping Fee: USD $25

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 03:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
  • Orders placed before 03:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day processing.

Processing & Transit Time

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 10–15 working days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery & Courier Services

We ship orders using reliable international courier services such as DHL and other trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Change of Address

Once an order is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Multiple Addresses

We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each delivery location.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping charges.

If your order is expected to exceed 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, we will notify you promptly.

Cancellations

If your parcel arrives damaged:
