7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Clear photographs or videos showing the product and packaging

If we confirm that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom-made, personalized, altered, or custom-stitched orders may not be cancelled once production or alteration has begun.

Products clearly identified as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
