Where is Pehnaawaa based?

Pehnaawaa is a Canadian-owned online store based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We sell online only and do not have a walk-in store.

What does Pehnaawaa sell?

Pakistani, Indian and South Asian ethnic wear: women's ready-to-wear (pret) and unstitched suits, Chikankari, Anarkalis, sarees, lehengas and sharara suits; men's kurta shalwar, sherwanis, Jodhpuri suits and blazers; girls' outfits; and jewellery and accessories. We also carry styles from Pakistani labels including Gul Ahmed, Alkaram, Bonanza Satrangi, Limelight and Mushq.

Which countries do you ship to?

Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, India and Pakistan. Available methods and charges appear at checkout.

How much is shipping, and when is it free?

  • Canada: standard shipping is about CAD 21, free on orders of CAD 170 or more. Express is about CAD 56.
  • United States: standard shipping is USD 15, free on orders of USD 120 or more. Express is USD 40.
  • United Kingdom: USD 20, free on orders of USD 200 or more.
  • United Arab Emirates: USD 10, free on orders of USD 100 or more.
  • India: ₹200, free on orders of ₹10,000 or more.
  • Pakistan: PKR 300.

How long does delivery take to Canada and the USA?

Total time, including preparation and courier transit:

  • Ready-to-wear: 14–20 business days standard, or 11–13 with express.
  • Unstitched: 12–17 business days standard, or 9–10 with express.
  • Stitched by our tailors: 18–25 business days standard, or 15–18 with express.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Customers in Canada do not pay additional customs charges on delivery. Customers in the United States and United Kingdom are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. For other countries, import charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout says otherwise.

Can you stitch my outfit?

Yes. Our own tailoring team can stitch selected outfits to a standard size or to your measurements. Stitching adds about 4–5 business days once your fabric and complete measurements reach our tailors.

How do I choose my size?

Check the size chart on the product page first, because measurements vary by brand and style. You can also use our size guide, or contact us before ordering for measurement help.

Can I get an outfit in time for a wedding or event?

Please contact us before ordering with the product link, your size or stitching option, delivery country and event date. We'll check stock, tailoring capacity and courier options and tell you whether it's possible. A date written in the order notes does not guarantee delivery by that date.

What is your return policy?

Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and returned with tags. Custom-stitched or altered clothing, final-sale items and earrings cannot be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back.
