Shipping & Delivery
Pehnaawaa ships to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, India and Pakistan. Available methods and charges appear at checkout.
Canada
- Orders below CAD 170: Standard Shipping is approximately CAD 21.
- Orders of CAD 170 or more: Free Standard Shipping.
- Express Shipping: approximately CAD 56.
These are rounded Canadian-dollar reference amounts. Shipping rates and free-shipping eligibility are calculated at checkout using the current currency conversion and your order subtotal.
United States
- Orders below USD 120: Standard Shipping is USD 15.
- Orders of USD 120 or more: Free Standard Shipping.
- Express Shipping: USD 40.
The free-shipping threshold applies to the subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping. The final shipping charge and any currency conversion are displayed before payment.
Standard delivery: an estimated 10–15 business days after dispatch. Express delivery: an estimated 7–8 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom
Standard shipping is USD 20 below USD 200. Orders of USD 200 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
United Arab Emirates
Standard shipping is USD 10 below USD 100. Orders of USD 100 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
India
Standard shipping is ₹200 below ₹10,000. Orders of ₹10,000 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Pakistan
Standard shipping is PKR 300.
Preparation, Sourcing and Stitching
We arrange your chosen outfit and, where selected, stitch it through our own tailoring team. Our tailoring time is separate from the original supplier's stitching schedule.
- Order processing: allow 2 business days.
- Sourcing ready-to-wear and stitched items: allow a further 2–3 business days. Unstitched orders require only 2 business days processing, with no additional sourcing time.
- Standard-size or custom stitching: allow a further 4–5 business days after the fabric and complete measurements or stitching instructions have reached our tailors.
Estimated dispatch: unstitched orders dispatch after 2 business days processing. Sourced ready-to-wear orders usually dispatch in 4–5 business days. Orders stitched by our tailors usually dispatch in 8–10 business days, including processing and sourcing.
Unstitched dispatch includes processing only. Ready-to-wear and stitched estimates apply to available items that can be sourced within 2–3 business days. Pre-orders, supplier-made items, unavailable sizes, intricate alterations and items with a longer product-specific lead time can take longer. Any longer preparation estimate shown on the product page takes priority. Contact us before ordering if timing is not shown or you need an outfit for a particular date.
For custom stitching, missing measurements or later changes can extend the timeline. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Shipping transit time starts after dispatch; tracking information will be provided when available.
Estimated Total Time to Delivery: Canada and US
These estimates include processing and courier transit, plus sourcing and stitching where applicable. Unstitched orders include only 2 business days processing before shipping. Do not add them to the dispatch times again.

Standard transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Express transit is estimated at 7–8 business days after dispatch. Express shipping shortens courier transit, not sourcing or stitching. Customs and courier delays may add time; estimates are not guaranteed. Timelines for other destinations must be confirmed separately.
Need Your Outfit for an Event?
Contact us before ordering with the product link, selected size or stitching option, delivery country and event date. We will check stock, tailoring capacity and courier options before advising whether an urgent order is feasible. An event date written in order notes does not guarantee delivery by that date.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Canadian customers will not incur additional customs charges on delivery.
Customers in the United States and United Kingdom are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and carrier brokerage or clearance fees. These are additional to product and shipping prices unless explicitly collected at checkout. Amounts are determined by destination customs authorities and carriers; Pehnaawaa does not quote a fixed duty rate.
Customers in other destinations are responsible for applicable import charges unless checkout states otherwise. Pehnaawaa does not control customs processing times or charges.
Delivery Delays
Estimates are not guaranteed. Customs, courier operations, weather and holidays may cause delays. Contact us if an order is significantly delayed.
